Are you wanting make some changes in your life? Is life changing around you and you want to be proactive and positive? Maybe you have a vision for an enterprise or project?

Some life changes: menopause, retirement, children leaving home, financial circumstances, new career

In this day retreat you will gain clarity about your vision, identify barriers, feel into the big arc of it, and commit to some first steps. Underneath, this will be a day about becoming more your authentic self.

The pracices in the day alternate between journalling and circle (words, brainy) and yoga practices (being, intuitive) to dive deeper and more accurately know what’s what.

Gentle yoga, a meditation walk (I’ll give you the theme and you plan your own 50-minute or so walk) and yoga nidra are practices to dream in.

A day retreat online at home means:

  • you save effort, time and money travelling

Top tips for an online day retreat at home:

  • gather cushions, blankets and notebook
  • make sure family and pets, and other business can look after themselves for a few hours
  • get preparing and thinking into it the week beforehand
  • encourage yourself, yes, I need/want/deserve to invest in myself

This has been my first full day retreat at Viveka Gardens, and it absolutely will the the first of many!
