Learn classical hatha yoga techniques for strength, flexibility, mental resilience and emotional calm.
Experienced, kind teacher for friendly sessions in real life in the lovely yoga studio at Viveka Gardens Retreat Place in Mid Devon.
This 6-week course is for beginners, rusty folk and those who want to repeat a previous Newbies course. You’ll learn the techniques to join the practice classes Fiona runs at VG, as well as practice a full set at home.
90-minute sessions with vegan souper soup and community chat after (finishing 9-ish). You are also welcome to bring a tupperware if you don’t like to eat late, and also leave at 8.30 if you need to get back.

I have done yoga before in various different styles and speeds, but this back to basics style course has taught me so much.
