As the sun comes to a stop, we stop too. With yoga and nidra we’ll relax and gather poise, as the year poises. We’ll feel into the sensation of the still point, and the wisdom that can flow there, to have it with us in days to come. We will take a turn on the land around sunset and feel nature resting with us. Wisdom songs are sung in the final days of advent leading to Christmas. O sounding Song whose depth is sounding me, O Memory of time, reminding me, My Ground of Being, always grounding me, Come, hidden Wisdom, come with all you bring, Come to me now, disguised as everything. from O Sapientia, Malcolm Guite I was feeling very disconnected from myself. Today I feel so much more grounded and reconnected with the universe. I love that we all felt like a little family and the energy built up was truly empowering. Cannot say thank you enough. D, Cullompton I booked a quiet day at Viveka Gardens so I could prioritise myself and find time for peace and contemplation. Viveka is a special place: so restorative and peaceful. Fiona was warm and compassionate and made me feel so cared for. The yoga was nourishing, and the food was superb. I left feeling rested, loved and restored. I’ll definitely be booking again, and I’m keen to try more yoga nidra Emma, North Tawton
