Winter Solstice and the turn of the season

As the sun comes to a stop, we stop too. With yoga and nidra we’ll relax and gather poise, as the year poises. We’ll feel into the sensation of the still point, and the wisdom that can flow there, to have it with us in days to come. We will take a turn on the land around sunset and feel nature resting with us.
