Personal Day Retreat

Time to get away to the peace and calm of Viveka Gardens. This winter read or dream by the log burner, take a walk through the woodland and the hare-prayer field here, and in the summer also rest in a hammock in the orchard or wood. Take a 1-1 session with Fiona and enjoy a hearty vegan lunch, cake and tea.

10am arrival and tea. Welcome from Fiona and confirming the shape and wishes for the day. Then self-guided time
11.15 another cuppa maybe
11.30 75-minute session with Fiona: yoga, yoga nidra, coaching or a lovely mix of all three
1.00 lunch (alone or with Fiona – you choose)
1.45 – 3.45 self-guided, help yourself to tea and cake
3.45 concluding conversation with Fiona (or not) and your reflections
