Silent retreat – meditation and yoga

A retreat for women with an established meditation/contemplation practice, and who are at ease with silence.

Gently and minimally held, this retreat gives you space for your enquiry.

On the retreat take time to go deeper with:

  • morning meditation and evening group meditation
  • morning and afternoon gently embodying yoga practice including yoga nidra and restorative yoga
  • meditation walks
  • an invitation to mouna (silence in the group) with group check-ins and gentle chat at meals
  • option for a 1-1 spiritual accompaniment conversation with Fiona included

VG offers secluded spots on the land here, good vegan food, simple and cosy accommodation, time in nature and space for yourself.

This time in September gives a sense of both ease and new horizons.
