How it works
There are three-day-two-night retreats and five-day-four-night retreats
Extend your stay
You have the opportunity to integrate the retreat experience and extend your stay one or two nights, self-guided B&B.
1-1 benefit
You can opt to work 1-1 with Fiona – coaching, spiritual accompaniment or yoga practice. 30-minute session included in retreat.
