Experienced, kind teacher for friendly sessions in real life in the lovely yoga studio at Viveka Gardens Retreat Place in Mid Devon.
This 6-week course is for beginners, rusty folk and those who want to repeat a previous Newbies course. You’ll learn the techniques to join the practice classes Fiona runs at VG, as well as practice a full set at home.
90-minute sessions with vegan souper soup and community chat after (finishing 9-ish). You are also welcome to bring a tupperware if you don’t like to eat late, and also leave at 8.30 if you need to get back.
