I was employed by Garden Organic since 2011 -14 on this ground-breaking and super successful programme. I co-ordinated the local section of the Master Gardener programme, a network of volunteers who support and enthuse beginner growers with their fruit and veg. I selected, trained and supported the volunteers – a very enjoyable role!
