This free online taster/introduction to meditation is a chance to try out practice, understand what meditation is and how it works, and see if you click with me as a facilitator.

A pre-class consultation (max 15 minutes) not only gives you a chance to explain your needs, wants and any health conditions, but also helps establish rapport between us. In addition, it is a requirement for online sessions.
