Each day a gentle routine of:
- yoga session morning and afternoon
- morning meditation
- time to rest, read, dream inside, outside
- whole, nutritious, tasty vegan food round the table
- company and great chat

- Gather your friends (4 – 7 folk)
- Find your dates
- Register your interest mini-form here
- Each party member completes a booking form and pays £150 deposit by November 30th
- Balance to £395 total staged in two payments, half-way to retreat and four weeks before
