Meditation offers mental calm and upliftment, as well as deepening intuition. This series of workshops could support a developing practice, or you could dip in and out according to your availability and interest. Bespoke mini-retreat?
You could combine arriving on Friday at 4, supper, yoga nidra (alongside the online sessions), a peaceful night, then morning meditation, breakfast with the Meditation Workshop and lunch. There is the option to stay on in the afternoon for a 1-1 coaching, yoga development or spiritual alongsiding session. Space for up to three people.
