Meditation offers mental calm and upliftment, as well as deepening intuition. This series of workshops could support a developing practice, or you could dip in and out according to your availability and interest. You will go away with techniques and mindset t0 serve you for years to come.
These 2.5 hour sessions offer:
- guidance on technique
- support from hatha yoga (embodied practices of asana and pranayama)
- coaching on developing your practice
- spiritual readings and reflections
- circle for what is coming up on your path
- time for Q & A
Each session is followed by vegan souper soup, chat and a chance to develop a supportive community 30 minutes or so to 1pm
These sessions are for you if you:
- are curious about how meditation can help you to live well
- want more inner peace and sense of purpose
- have inklings (or more) about that which is greater than us
These sessions are probably not for you if you:
- have an established meditation practice in a school with high orthodoxy
- are unable to sit on a cushion on the floor usually
- do not already have experience with yoga or similar embodient practice a certain strength and training of the nervous system is foundational. You could join the Newbies course starting in September.
