8.00 yoga nidra or meditation

Day 2 Wednesday
7.30 Sitting meditation (gently guided) or meditation walk
8.00 breakfast (eg toast, cereal, super porridge)
10.00 gentle yoga class for whole family
11.30 snack and free time or local walk or work in the garden
1.00 lunch
4.00 hatha yoga class for mum and daughter
6.00 supper 
8.00 Sitting meditation (gently guided) or meditation walk or firepit

Day 3 Thursday

7.30 Sitting meditation (gently guided) or meditation walk
8.00 breakfast (eg toast, cereal, super porridge)
10.00 gentle yoga class for whole family
11.30 snack and free time or local walk or work in the garden
1.00 lunch
2.00 departure

Places to practise: lawns, orchard, top of the big field (big view, morning sun), bottom of the big field (evening sun), paddock, and of course the lovely studio that looks onto the kitchen garden.
