A warm welcome to the November Nidra Workshop: The Thin Place

It’s the Thin Time of the year, All Hallows/All Souls, when we can be closest to the world of Spirit. Yoga Nidra helps us access the liminal spaces, the places in between. With the darkening days our memory, dreaming, shadow selves and the whole cast of our inner life comes to the surface. In this workshop you can identify the interior aspects you wish to work with this winter season.

Yoga nidra is a guided lying down meditation practice that brings deep relaxation and allows you to work creatively with the subconscious.

This is a workshop for anyone, including those new to yoga or yoga nidra. In this afternoon workshop being ‘able’ is more about the willingness to go within and use the breath than trained physical strength or flexibility. Experienced practitioners will have a chance to explore nidra more deeply.
